Our large-format polyester fabrics in dimensions of 310 and 505 cm are available in different weights. Starting with our Flag Tex polyester in thicknesses of 70 grams/m², 110 grams/m², through 125 grams/m² and 250 grams/m², up to our FlagTex Air for 3D Tifos, we offer fabrics for every possible application.
The weight determines the degree of opacity of the fabrics. The 70 and 110-gram variants are ideal for a block flag or a banner in the block. In direct contact with a back panel, hatchings and outlines may be visible. However, with full painting of the fabric, contact opacity is 100%.
With the 125 grams/m² material, the higher raw density leads to 95% opacity. It already withstands direct contact with objects behind the fabric. The area of application is the oversized banner on a balustrade.
Ideal for a banner with direct rear coverage is the 215 grams/m² fabric.
The contact opacity is 99%. Due to the high weight, the fabric also has ideal properties at higher wind speeds.
All fabrics used are highly durable and tear-resistant. They are pure white and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The painting properties with our spray cans or choreo paint are ideal.
To transport these fabrics, the roll is completely unrolled and delivered as loose goods in a pallet box. Only in this condition is the material transportable. For self-pickup, the fabric is also available as rolled goods.
The fabric is equipped with flame-retardant additives and meets the requirements of the European standard EN 13501-1. This is the successor standard to the German DIN 4102 B1.
