Hand flags digital print

The hand waver in digital print is made from our FlagTex polyester fabric 70 grams/m². The fabrics impress with their good workmanship, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure. Moreover, the fabrics are weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With our textile direct printing machines, we are capable of brilliantly reproducing any color values, photos, and gradients. The color design is carried out using the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side using textile direct printing. The ink used is water-based and, therefore, environmentally friendly. It is fixed onto the textile at approximately 180 degrees after application. Consequently, the print image on the back is mirrored. The print-through depends on the grammage of the material used. The color image on the back can be described as almost identical. The selected fabrics are optionally available with flame-retardant properties.

They meet the requirements of EN 13501-1.

The flag and the flagpole are delivered separately.

For an additional charge, the flagpoles can be inserted into the flag and, as a further optional extra, glued with a dot of adhesive. Please inquire about this.

The flag hem on the left side of the flag is adapted to the color design of the entire flag and is thus not only tone-on-tone but exactly matched to the graphic design of the flag and seamlessly finished. The size of the flag hem adjusts to the size of the flag and the consequently necessary flagpole. The end of the flag hem is closed and accordingly reinforced. The flag is made with a double industrial seam and fully convinces with high workmanship and corresponding durability. Custom-made products in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be produced in our in-house textile manufacturing facility upon request. Please note the relevant care instructions.
