Textile banner

The textile banner is made from our selected polyester fabrics. Compared to the PVC banner, the textile banner impresses with a more elegant surface and a higher quality print image. Consequently, the textile banner is characterized by high stability and tear resistance. The base color of the materials used is white.

5 materials are available for selection. The ultra-light DigiTex fabrics 110 grams/m² and 125 grams/m² are ideal for mobile banners with corresponding mounting/flag seam on the back. Our heavyweights start from 215 grams/m² and impress with high opacity up to light impermeability.

All fabrics impress with good workmanship, brilliant color reproduction, strong tear resistance, identical, slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure. The material is weatherproof and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The high grammage allows for smooth and wrinkle-free hanging. The material is flame retardant and meets the requirements of EN 13501-1. This is the European successor standard to the German DIN 4102-B1.
 

With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos, and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric in a one-sided textile direct print. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. It is fixed to the textile at about 180 degrees after application. The high grammage prevents bleed-through, thus avoiding a mirror-inverted image on the back. The textile banner can be optionally equipped with different finishes and the corresponding accessories. The range extends from eyelets to the installation of hollow seams and tension straps. Finally, the flag is hemmed with a double industrial seam and can additionally be reinforced with a trim band on the back.

Custom-made products in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be manufactured in our in-house textile manufactory upon request.
