Fence banner printed
The fence banner in digital printing is made of our selected DigiTex polyester fabrics in the grammage 125 grams / m² (standard) or 215 grams / m² (premium). Both materials are extremely robust and tear-resistant. The basic color of the substances used is white. Both DigiTex polyester fabrics impress with their good workmanship, their brilliant and even color reproduction. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for indoor and outdoor use. They differ only in the grammage (thickness) and the surface structure. The 215 gram / m² fabric can score with a higher density. The slightly glossy surface texture refines the printed image compared to the matte 125 g / m² standard fabric. Finally, the high grammage allows a smooth and wrinkle-free suspension. This is especially important in the outdoor area. With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce all color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile deflector. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. This is fixed after the order on the textile with about 180 degrees. The DigiTex fabric is also available with the option of flame retardancy. This meets the requirements of EN 13501-1. Please select our products with the label "flame retardant". Custom-made products in special colors, sizes or quantities can be produced on request in our in-house textile factory.
