The 3D Tifo Banner is made from our selected FlagTex Air polyester fabric with a weight of 110 g/m². This fabric impresses with its high-quality workmanship, strong tear resistance, consistent slightly glossy color appearance, and smooth surface texture. Additionally, the fabric is weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. A full-surface perforation structure in the polyester reduces the wind load. The 0.5 cm holes also make it easy to attach wires or cable ties. Tearing is prevented thanks to a hot-edge sealing process. The holes are no longer visible from a distance of 1 meter, so the visual impact of the design is not affected.
With our textile direct printing machines, we can reproduce any color values, photos, and gradients with brilliant precision. The color is applied one-sided using the CMYK process via textile direct printing. The ink is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. After application, it is fixed onto the fabric at approx. 180°C. The print on the reverse side appears mirrored but nearly identical in color quality. Our machines allow seamless printing up to a width of 320 cm. For larger formats, a color-matched seam is added. The selected fabrics are flame-retardant and comply with EN 13501-1, the European successor to the German DIN 4102-B1 standard.
The 3D Tifo Banner can optionally be equipped with various finishings and appropriate accessories. Options include a hemstitch at the top and bottom or the attachment of eyelets with reinforcement tape at the corners.
If the flag is delivered without a contour or shape cut, it is hemmed with a double industrial seam.
If it is a design or lettering, we can cut it into shape or contour using a hot-cutting process. A double industrial seam is then not applied. Mounting onto a net must be done on-site. Custom designs in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be produced in our in-house textile workshop upon request. Please follow the corresponding care instructions.
